Currently I'm trying to get a little fitter because since giving up smoking ago

I've put on a few extra pounds, so I thought I'd try jogging it might be a good way to lose some of those extra pounds I've gained.

Well I say jogging currently its just a fast walk as each time I jog, I get shin splits and they hurt like crazy
